Rental Payments
Rental payments are due on the 1st of the month and are considered late after the 5th day of the month. If rent is received after the 5th day of the month, you will be charged a late fee that is 10% of your rent. Rent can be mailed or dropped off at the office. We accept cash, check, or money order. Maintenance
If you have an emergency maintenance issue please contact the office at 292-5111. Emergency maintenance includes: Heating/Air Conditioning problem in extreme temperatures or water issues (i.e. broken pipes, clogged main line). Please use our online maintenance request form for non-emergency issues.
